Ambush 2.3.9

Ambushes is not working anymore.
Many times I've ordered a unit to move to specific loctions. If the location is occupied by an enemy unit, my unit stops and I have the option to attack.
My unit should be ambushed.

Hm I just checked, I believe this issue exists in 2.3.8 already :(
