Seabees

I thought the Seabees were suppose to be able to build airfields in this expansion, but they don't. Did I miss something?

Only "Construction Units" can (bulldozers), which are only available in specific scenarios. We didn't want players to spawn airfields all over the map :)

But my entire strategy is based on spawning airfields all over the map..., sigh :mrgreen:
