update issue ????

Hello gentlemen, just purchased this great game. installed the game dirX etc. all went well. I decided at that point to check for updates using the game launching screen etc.
after updating I could not play at all... so I uninstalled the game and reinstalled in C:/games folder and no more problems..... just wondering which updates or any do I need to continue playing? currently on ver. 1.0 is there a topic page dedicated to which I can select the correct order of updates? thanks in advance.

Sorry you are having issues. There are no known issues with installing and using the updater. If the problem persists contact support@slitherine.co.uk and they'll work out what is going on,

Ian,the issue has been resolved.... I DL the 110 zip file(from this forum) and installed the update, all went well and the game plays great! I did observe on my previous attempt to update using the "game installer" update button that during installation some files perhaps three did not install properly. this I have encountered a few time with panzer corps some time ago.

game is installed in C:/ games not the 86x folder
admin. checked
dirX installed properly
look forward to more great games from slitherine
