The information on the MKWS website does not give the dates for pool 3. Is that a mistake?

Just to confirm there is no mounted restrictions on average and superior?

For all periods Superior/Average ratios apply.

Also in response to a question I received : Elephants do NOT count towards the mounted average/superior ratio.
