Pike and Shot screenshots?

For some reason, I can't get a screenshot of a Pike and Shot game. I have tried PrintScreen and then paste into Paint and I get a copy of the desktop. I have tried Alt Printscreen and I get a copy of the active internet page. I have also tried ctl and shift printscreen and I still can't get a screenshot of the game. I have Win 7 Pro and IE 11. I just tried a screenshot of an AGEOD game and no problems. Any ideas what might be the problem or the trick to making a screenshot of Pike and Shot work?

Check this folder, you should find any screen shots you took:

C:\Users\********\Documents\My Games\PIKEANDSHOT\SCREENS

Check this folder, you should find any screen shots you took:

C:\Users\********\Documents\My Games\PIKEANDSHOT\SCREENS

Actually if you are using Pike and Shot: Campaigns it will be

C:\Users\********\Documents\My Games\PSCAMP\SCREENS

and this will only contain screenshots you make by pressing F2 in game.
