Impossible steam achivments

Hello,
do you have any idea how to complete such steam achievements as elite submarine, recon and strategic bomber?
Another hard 5-stars achievements at least are reachable in theory,for example you can switch class through upgrade from artillery (which easily can get 5 stars) to anti-tank and then to AA-unit.
But how to get so much expirience with submarine? It almost absolutely useless boat, it has no damage and no speed.
Strategic bomber doesn't cause direct damage too.
Also if you have some guides for other hard achievements, please post it here too.

I don't have any tips, I just want to amplify that submarines are virtually useless - I never buy them as a core unit. Strategic bombers - maybe I'm not using them correctly, but they're not very useful, either - it's much better to buy tactical bombers.
