invulnurable pirate?

This has happened several times, after a battle I get the report pirate fleet destroyed. I look and there is a 1 corvette sitting there and my fleet is gone. The pirate corvette is at 10% hp. I send in another fleet with 4 corvettes and 120 fighters and I get the same message pirate fleet destroyed and the same pirate corvette is sitting there and my fleet is dead. :shock:

any saves or screenshot,.

both would be better tbh to see what's going on
