Running on a 12.7" iPad Pro on iOS 9.3.1, PC runs just fine. Some notes:
- No Split View. The app takes up the entire screen.
- Slide Over works, which is nice for Safari to pop out and search something. But you can't have both open - you slide over, do your Safari, and then it closes when you go back to PC.
- Picture-in-Picture works, which is nice...you can watch a movie in the corner while playing PC. I like that a lot.
- Audio is vastly approved if you use the iPad's speakers, which isn't surprising as the Pro's speakers are much better. I always turn off PC's sound because I'm listening to music, but I tried it and they sound nice like a mid-grade desktop PC.
- The CPU doesn't make much difference (PC ran just fine on my Air). The RAM does from the perspective that on a 1GB Air, if you leave PC and go and do something and come back, you often find the app has been swapped out and has to restart. Having 4GB of RAM makes that less likely, though the in-game experience is the same.
- The game screen is nice because it's bigger but everything is just scaled up - i.e., you're not seeing more of the map and the game is at the same resolution, just magnified
