how is this possible
Can anyone explain how this happened exactly? Because otherwise, according to this screen, it says that none of my ships so much as fired a shot and still destroyed those enemy ships and not only that but the enemy didn't even get a shot off either

any save file?
as i can't see all the file that scrolls down either, could be anything, not even sure what sort of shots get recorded and what doesn't, as lasers don't fire shots they fire beams of light, so maybe not all do get recorded but with out a save i or the developer won't be able to say either tbh

Re: how is this possible
unfortunately no as I can never be sure when or why the AI will chose a particular spot to fight me at and since I can't figure out how to save once the opening list of opposing ships opens up when I get to the battle I haven't been able to get a save just before the battle commences. However, this has not been the first time that this has happened and thus far I think it has something to do with the number of ships I put in the field because whenever I have this many in a battle and I suffer no casualties this is usually the result

Quick save - Ctrl+S
battles normally have both or all 3 shown it seems, so your's maybe wrong for some other reasons? and amount shouldn't matter either i've managed to have 3000+ while testing

IDK what it could be then, next time I have a battle I will try to quick save it and post it here.

Re: how is this possible
I am not using any mods and I originally bought the slitherine version but used the product key to unlock it on steam and have been playing from there.
Re: how is this possible
same one as me then, which tbh is the same version 1.02, if you wish you can pm me your save and i'll play a few rounds and see if it does it to me if you like?
Re: how is this possible
This means that too much time passed during the attempt to simulate the combat and it switched to calculation instead of simulation. Otherwise you would wait for too long.von Runstedt wrote:Can anyone explain how this happened exactly? I will not be drawing statistics in such situation.
