ir_sf_temp error

Trying to reinstall OOB and get ir_sf_temp error another program is using this file...I tried deleting it and it just comes back when i try to reinstall.Tried installing with revo uninstaller it starts and i get a sharing violation on update.exe I tried two different backups same issue.I posted this at Matrix but thought It might be better trying here

did you reboot after you uninstalled it?

It Wouldn't install Didn't even get to a setup screen.....But thankfully I tried safe mode and it went in just sweet....Only problem now is my morning sun backup cd is trashed..but put in a help desk ticket to download again.Tested it twice and it works in safe mode.Got BOB installed and running
