Next game and computer FOG
After reading many of the posts on the forum, I realize that you are working on new games. I also realize you can't announce the next game at this time. Myself, I am really enjoying Pike and Shot, even against the AI, and would love to see new games covering earlier periods of history such as ancients, medieval, dark ages, etc. However those are the very periods already covered by computer FOG. So what I am wondering is whether Slitherine would have any problems with both Pike and Shot and computer FOG having games covering the same periods? So should I consider buying computer FOG games for some of my favorite timeframes or wait with the hope, that the Pike and Shot system will cover some of the same periods as computer FOG? Having played Pike and Shot, I would much prefer waiting for Pike and Shot to cover some of my favorite timeframes even though computer FOG may have already covered those periods.

As you say, I cannot give away much information about games that have not yet been announced.
Meanwhile, Sengoku Jidai: Shadow of the Shogun - which uses the Pike and Shot system in the Far East (though still 16th/17th centuries) - is far advanced and has been announced.

We are however, working on using a similar system for earlier periods, using Slitherine's new ARCHON engine, which allows many enhancements.

Good to hear. I hope the Ipad is still part of this Archon thingy strategy?
