Game Suddenly Got A LOT Slower

For some reason I don't know, game now plays at a very slow pace. It used to be fine just last week. No new mods, no updates, nothing. It just got messed up on its own. Any help is appreciated.

Rename the "Settings" folder as "_Settings" at:
...\Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - Pacific
