Problem with registering a game serial

Hi,

I tried to register my Close Combat: Cross of Iron serials (I've got 2) at Slitherine, but the system doesn't let me - I'm getting "error 108 - lockout." I bought the games at Matrix a few years ago.

I also tried to register my AGEOD Napoleon's Campign serial with a simialr result. Although here I suppose the problem might be that I was trying to register the serial for the first, older Napoleon's Campign, not the recent title. But what about my Close Combat serials?

I'm sorry, but not all games bought on Matrix Games store can be registered on a Slitherine account.
That includes the older Close Combat games like, Cross of Iron.
However you shouldn't have a problem with registering the Napoleon's Campaign serial number. Anyway, I have just registered it.
