Grand campaign 39 doesn't work on Ipad

Hello! I love the game, so I decided to buy DLC Grand Campain 39. But it doesn't work on my Ipad Air 2.
I push the "start" button, but nothing happens. I reinstalled the game. But the same problem. I can play the game but not Grand complain 39. This is so sad cuz I want to start the war with all scenarios in Grand Campain 39.
Hope you can advice what to do. Does anyone have the same problem? How did you fix it?

Guys, 10 views and no answer! You could write "I understand you, buddy. This situation sucks. You can' t feel yourself like Hitler. Play "Tetris". It is free. It uses logic. And the support team really cares about you fellings". Are you, guys ( from the support team) all enjoy weekends. You should stay at least one guy at work. Oh, I understand he is sleeping. The same thing I'll do if I was alone like him.

Hello, guys! So we have the dark day. The support team is enjoying weekends. So the only hope are you all!
So the situation. I bought DLC Grand Campain 39 but it doesn't work. I can play the original game, but not that grand Campain. I push the "start" button, but nothing happens. I reinstalled the game wait for the start movie ends. But still doesn't' this work!
iPad Air 2. Does any one had such kind of problem? I'll appreciate for any usuful advices.
