Bug in end turn continue moves

Hello,
I think I have isolated an issue regarding ending your turn and finishing moves.
Of course, we all forget to move something at the end of a turn and the reminder at the end of the turn is great.
But I have found that often when that happens, some ships go from having movement points to not.
I have seen and been able to reproduce through loading save games, that a ship has movement, you do not move it, click end turn, it gives you the warning on more units to move, you click cancel, go to the ship and the movement is gone and ship unable to move.
I did not figure it out until the Java scenario in the Japan campaign. And was a real bitch trying to get through Java Sea with this error.
Im on Win 7 OOB version 2.2.5, running Japan Campaign at Vice Admiral level.

Yes, I remember I've seen this once or twice as well.
I think it only affected naval units (not transports).
