The Boyne 1690 Scenario

My latest scenario, The Boyne 1690, is now up on the FTP.

I just wanted to give special thanks to Flikitos for giving permission to use his original textures for infantry and cavalry from the Blenheim Mod (For NorbSoftDev's Scourge of War PC game), I have adapted these to fit the Pike and Shot 3D models. Thanks also to Alesillo and Wangrin for the their work on the Blenheim Mod, without which I would never have discovered Flikitos' work.

This is the first in a series of scenarios from the "Roi Soleil" period, coming soon will be Aughrim, Killiecrankie, River Ter and others.

Thanks very much for your efforts. Played the Boyne mod this morning and thought I was in with a chance, alas no, but it was a great game. Keep them coming!

I should also mention that the flags were used with permission, designed by Quindia Studios and available from Warfare Miniatures through the League of Augsburg store. Their fantastic range of flags covers the wars of the Grand Alliance, especially the battles in Ireland and Scotland. They have other ranges covering the Great Northen War and the Thirty Years War.
