Commander - Europe at War Gold?

This is probably a dumb question, but... Over on the Matrix Games site there is a game called "Commander: Europe at War Gold". Here on the Slitherine site the game is called "Military History Commander - Europe at War". Are both of these titles the exact same game? I just want to make sure that I don't get a different game or a different version of a game depending on which site I order from... just in case one game or one version of the game is better than the other. Hope I'm asking this in a way that makes sense. (Adding to the confusion... they each show slightly different release dates.)

I also noticed that the Grand Strategy 3.0 expansion is not even mentioned on the Matrix Games product page for "Commander - Europe at War Gold". If I order the game from the Matrix site, will it also come with that expansion?

Yes this is the same game. I have ordered CEAW Gold at Matrix and the expansion is working properly. The latest one is GS 3.1 by the way.
