_[CNR] rev ?!! [App] App freezes on initial load

Normal startup window with 3 Logos but freezes when displaying in top left of window ...

Downloading version.xml 0.00% (1/89)

Retried a few times, windowed yes/no, but with same result. Internet connection checked and ok.

You have not provided the revision number of the build you had this problem with. It was most probably caused by FoG(U) data server downtime.

Please recheck in the latest (newer than rev 1030) build and let me know if you still have this problem.
