Battle of Britain corrupting game.

I can not seem to install the BoB mod without corrupting my game. When I try to load a save game, my mouse will not scroll the map, choose units, or change any options. I installed the BoB mod before saving my game, not after. Any one have a fix? Steam version........

Yes, I have uninstalled the mod and now I have no problems at all.
