I seem to be having a bit of trouble with the Nanchang scenario for Morning Sun. The last supply truck hasn't shown up yet and I'm already on the 32nd turn. Did I miss something or is this a bug?

Same issue. I actually captured the secondary objective on 34th turn and didn't get any extra reward for the 3rd convoy.

Glad it wasn't just me. I played it 3 times before I started looking to find out what I was doing wrong. There is a 3rd cargo truck, it is parked next to the supply depot near Jiujiang, and never moves.

It will be fixed in a future patch (a full package) or sometimes in a hot-fix (a few files), both will be available as down-loads.
Usually only game-breaking bugs will be fixed in a hot-fix. Patches are usually delivered when there's a new campaign or other significant changes.

We reported it all the time during Beta test.
