Mob questions

I have field of glory book and Rise of rome army book.
In some list there are troop type mob, loke women, children and old men in the spartacus slave revolt. I search in the rules book and don't find the mob type. Where is?.

Can anybody tell me the status of mob or where i find?

P128, detailed troop types.

Essentially mob are just medium foot on deeper bases (mainly for backwards compatibility with other rulesets).
