I'll have to order a copy since I've got Sassanid Persians and Late Imperial Romans. I guess both lists are in that book. I might have to wait for 'Decline and Fall' for the Late Imperial Romans circa 6th Century AD.

If by Late Imperial Romans you mean Early Byzantines then yes. Late Roman (Dominate) and very late Roman (Foederate) are both in Legions Trimphant.
