Laptop problems

Hello,
when I play on my main PC, I am CptAlatriste WR N°1 ,Position 4 (MAUD) with my 275200 points!
When I start my laptop, I am CptAlatriste (No access zu WR) , Position 25 (Medic) with 0 point.
What can I do??? Become from STEAM no help!!

you need to sign in with the same user name and nick

I do and the system say:" Name already in play" choose an another name! Can I erase from my laptop HoN (without loosing my Status) and make a new install?

yes, but not needed, just alter the login details and password and it will work

I just try it it 5 times...NOPE!!! I don`t understand the problem!

no neither do i, as you seem to have 2 accounts, to use one, you need to sign in as the same user, you have the user name and password already, just enter it, you can't play the laptop against yourself with the same key either, so both need to have the same user name and password and only use one at a time, using both will give errors.

I don`t have 2 account..it`s impossible to have 2 account with the same name or same mail adress!!!
I have soon to visit my ill brother in France, and when I take my laptop with me I cannot play, because I cant open my account!!(or open it as MEDIC with 0 points)
