Does that only apply to European armies?
It depends. If I don't think it will break the theme I may make exceptions, but I am not going to let anyone "clever" pull a fast one. What did you have in mind?
What about the Japanese?

There are no Japanese. Their list only goes up to 1615.

Indeed - luckily, he's the quartermaster: not only does he know where all the others are, he's been keeping the armour and weapons clean all this time.

9 different armies out of 14 entrants - should be very interesting.

Big thank you to Richard for organising the competition.
Thanks also to my partner Stephen Stead for ensuring I did not make the mistake that would have meant we lost a game - won all 4 games and still came second!!!!!
Finally but not least a thank you to our four opponents - Jon and Pete, Richard and Tom, Ray and Keith and Wayne and Lynette (just ask Lynette about have great dice rolling when she lost a BG in one turn when she had nearly smashed ours to pieces).

Echo Bob's thanks and no I did not lend Lynette Bob's dice for her spectacular implosion.
