Problem with Rangers installation

I purchased the Rangers file and downloaded it. I saw the download all the way to "finish", but I'm not sure if it was also installed. I don't see any Rangers in the skirmish section. I see Sgt. Pepper, but when I click on him the box says it's available for purchase.

On one of the start screens on the left hand side, there is a box which has to be activated.
Have your serial number to hand.
Been a while since I did mine, so be prepared to root about.
