Command points not being reduced

Why when I purchase aircraft and land them on a aircraft carrier are the command points not being reduced ?

If I place the aircraft on the greyed out edge of map the command points are reduced.

Is this a bug or am I not understanding something ?

Well I don't wish to exploit it, I would rather they fixed the bug!

Do the developers take note of the bugs that people find on this forum ?

I don't see many responses from the developers.

The devs have been off for some time now. Probably busy finishing the Morning Sun campaign.
They do fix bug and add more features with the upgrades.

Yes would be great when the developers fixed know bugs.

I do think that this is fun game to play, and I do want to play the Morning Sun campaign.

But am a bit disappointed by the A.I.

Their is a thread on the Matrix Order of Battle forum, which list A.I tactical issues. Would be great if the developers could look at those also.
