Doing something dumb with campaign mods?

When I launch the game I can't see my campaign mods appearing on the mod selection screen. I'm using the (on the Mac) <home>/Order of Battle Pacific/Mods folder, and creating a new folder for the mod there and putting the "campaign" and "scenarios" folder in that, as per the Battle of Britain mod. The Battle of Britain mod shows up fine. Help please.
