Recent Losses

Post by jdarocha »

I am playing Allied Corps and I have recently lost an infantry unit, as I have my units individually named, I want to find out which unit it is I lost. I know with the Reform Units cheat on, the unit will show up on my reserve list, but I did not have this cheat on at the time. Is there a way I can check to see what unit of mine was recently destroyed without trying to guess? Like a Lost units tab or pop up window??
Thanks

Can't you load an earlier save game and see which unit goes away? You can also enable the reform unit "cheat" before the scenario ends using Shift+Ctr+Alt+C and typing "reform units". You will be able to resurrect the unit after the scenario ends.

Loading up the previous saved turn and finding the lost unit is what I did, though it would have been helpful to have a list of units lost, so you can keep tabs on what units get eliminated and which ones you would want to bring back.

Handy tip: The newest version of PzC allows the player to turn "reform units" on for an entire campaign. This is under the Advanced Difficulty settings. It works on iPad now, too, but be advised that there is still a glitch that causes "reform units" to turn off again at the end of the first scenario, so (if you're playing on iPad) you have to remember to turn it back on again before proceeding. After that, it works just fine. Dead units will not automatically reform, so if you just want to keep track of who died without bringing them back to life, this is the easiest way to do it.

In the next scenario, he will be in the unit list with zero value. You can choose to reinforce him if you wish.
