These are your rules
1. No invasion of Belgium prior to 1940
2. No rail on the first turn in ANY invaded minor nation regardless of who invades (Vichy france is not a minor country for this rule)
3. Partisans may not leave their country unless their capital is friendly occupied
4. Pro-british Iraqi partisans would never have occurred. If these appear, they cannot move, build or attack.
5. DDs may not be attacked by more than one sub in a turn UNLESS a surface unit also attacks. Subs did not and could not hunt down DD flottilas during the war.
6. Naval units that cannot trace supply to a port (ie all allied ports in the MED are captured and the suez is closed to the allies) may not move, rebuild or attack. This includes transports.
and others
So many rules

zzmzmy: how do you know they live there? have you visited? I dunno about morris, but I checked out mupawa's discussion about zhou and the evidence is pretty conclusive. The odds of finding both the north and south convoys on turn four would be astronomical without a spotting sub, and all three attacked on turn 4. I guess the question is, is reloading cheating or not? And is accusing someone of reloading an insult? Especially when it is backed up by evidence? I would love to hear how Zhou justifies it.

HEHEHE , it is interesting that those rules were well known come from Mupawa & Stgsteiner1939 ,but I just checked the posts from Mupuwa & Stgsteiner1939 in opponent finder section , it is amazing that all that rules were gone !! They were deleted after we raised this topic !!

And I think if someone register multiple accounts to support each other, it is a kind of cheating. Can you deny it?

If we consider reloading as a cheating for a better combat result , the one who register multiple account & use different name to launch supporting posts to eachother should be consider as a master cheater ! He cheats whenever they appears ! That is a complete cheater ! A liar !

In China , If someone launch personal insult or attack to others on a forum , he would be warned by the monitor & If he refuse to give it up , he will be kicked off from forum by the moderator . Does our forum also have the similiar rule ?

First of all I deny your accusation, secondly how is multiple accounts - if indeed mupawa has any - cheating? How does what is said on forums affect anyones game? It may be as simple as wanting to play someone in more than one game, I don't know, but I fail to see anything nefarious about it. And why get so upset about a question? Is it because Morris is your friend or is it because Morris is you? That would be Ironic alright, ha ha. Anyway is reloading cheating? Or is OBVIOUS reloading simply insulting?

I would have thought it quite obvious that reloading is cheating.

The above words looks like another proof of you are Mupawa !

Ok, well I have chatted with mupawa and he poses thus question:

Does it make sense to engage in an air war in 39 as allies? You are short on pp and must expect to lose more than the axis since the German effectiveness will always be superior to British and french in 39. The best you should expect is 1:1 results with perhaps some better but more worse. Statistically speaking.

This strategy can only make sense where you can expect 2:1 results on a regular basis - in contradiction of what should be expected with inferior effectiveness - and the expectation of a steady stream of these types of perverse results can only be maintained of the player reloads, and reloads a lot.

Who agrees with this?

This is morris' allied strategy - immediate air war if attrition. Does it make sense in a non-reloading world?

hehehe ! you chatted with Mupawa ??!! It is Xmas vacation & you still ahve time to ask him about this ?? It is so funny !

Regarding to the strategy you mentioned , it is so common & so many my opponents use it . It has nothing to do with reloading . It is also my allies strategy whenever we play hotseat game . If you have time ,welcome to Beijing & I will show how does it work at a hotseat game !

BTW , If are really not Mupawa , please draw any conclusion after your own experience not by other's words ! :)
