Hi, when i open the game, it crashed~~~~`
it said " Unhandled exception! ExpCode 0xC0000005 ExpFlag:0 ExpAddress:0x00000000 Please report!"

my system is Win 8.1 64x

How to get a DxDiag report file:

1. Click on "START" (on Windows 8 press “Windows key” and the “R” key at the same time)
2. Click "run" (skip this step on Windows
3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.

Hi thank you for your reply, I have installed all patches, and the version is 1.02. the DxDiag file is attached , thank you~

can you unplug USB devices and try the game again, as one of your USB devices are causing a error in windows, or so says your report anyway...

USB\VID_04E8&PID_6860&REV_0400&MS_COMP_MTP&SAMSUNG_Android is the offending device line.



the next one is a Data Execution error on your onboard VGA chip, maybe a updated driver will help with this...



Chinese (Simplified) (Regional Setting: Chinese (Simplified)) i'm not 100% sure even the game will work with the keyboard codes used, so i'll have to ask on this one
