panzer corps download to new cp

I purchased the whole pack of pz corps a few years ago to my ipad but now I just got a new laptop Microsoft do I have to purchase everything all over again?

sorry yes, 2 totally difference downloads and prices, there is no cross platform promotion

Like Zak told, Apple doesn't permit cross-platform promotions.
