UK midlands based opponents

Hi there,

I'm returning to table top gaming after a long absence and was looking for people in the Warwickshire/Worcestershire/North Oxfordshire area for irregular get togethers (I have access to a great Village Hall and could host monthly meetings!). I am just starting out on a 15mm Late Crusader army and also looking at something from the Storm of Arrows book - either War of the Roses or a Free Company.

Any FOG newbies or more experienced players who don't mind a few grasshoppers asking dumb questions please let me know.

Am in the same boat. Have 400 DBM points of Early Armenians sitting in the loft and really want an excuse to use them before my wife tries to sell them. Am based smack in the middle of Birmingham. Have a rule book, army list and no experience of FoG at all. Is there anyone/anywhere local I can get an education?

There are some guys in around Birmingham who put on the Alumwell show each year. Google the show name and you might get a contact. Mark Clark is part of that group so shoulf be able to help, but I'm afraid I don't have a number for him. Bound to be some one from there at DEvizes this weekend.

Whereabouts are you based? I'm in Ludlow in Shropshire so depending on how far off you are, I might be able to get over for the occasional game.
