Rapid Forum Growth

<p>Today Slitherine celebrates it's 5,000th forum member! Welcome to "<a href="profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=5054">Stuart</a>", our 5,000th member and the thousands of others that have joined us over the last year.</p>
<p>Since June 2007 the forum has grown 2,100 from to over 5,000. That's a 140% increase in just a year! In addition we've had 36,000 messages posted, bringing the total to 56,000. That's around 100 messages a day!</p>
<p>This growth has been so rapid it required the servers to be upgraded 3 times over the last year, and pretty soon we'll need to upgrade again.</p>
<p>While we're really pleased with this growth we know there are things we could do better and if you have any ideas feel free to add your comments.</p>

I think you can hold the games responsible Ian, and that's basically because Slitherine has a few good games under it's belt.
