STEAM purchased games to be registered...Any Future Plans?

From what I understand is there's currently no way to register games purchased on STEAM to Matrix/Slitherine, but are there any discussions that may happen in the future?
Is that something even being contemplated?

only game bought from here can be registered here, as for steam you don't get a key, so no need to register them most of the time if at all with most games.

from what i understand, the answer would be no, but it may change in time, but buy from here you get a key and can register it here, and also for some but not all games a steam key, as not all games are on steam either.

regarding the future, that's for the staff and owners to comment on, as i wouldn't know

Hopefully somebody from slitherine will be able to reply on whether or not that might ever be a reality.

I was also thinking about getting both DC games as they are likewise on 50% sale.
Decisive Campaigns: The Blitzkrieg from Warsaw to Paris
Decisive Campaigns: Case Blue

Hence, it would be nice to have those games purchased directly from STEAM registered with Matrix/Slitherine.
