Terraforming spells

This isn't my idea, but another guy discussing the game on the Steam discussion page for the game, but i like it a lot.

It would give elven realms a spell that let them say change plains or marsh or hills into forest - and maybe also give e.g Palemoor a spell to change plains into marsh, and Maledor one to change plains or hills into Wasteland.
