Change Difficulty setting between missions

I started out my campaign on too low a setting and am looking to change it to something more challenging. Don't want to restart the campaign if I can help it.

I understand, by reading the post of difficulty settings that you can change them between missions. Trouble is, I can't seem to find how to do this!

Can anyone let me know what menu I need to use (while in deployment phase?) to make the changes.

"To set a custom difficulty, you can either do so at the start of a new game, or you can do so between missions. This also means that you can change the difficulty over the course of the game if you wish. When you see the difficulty screen, you'll notice that there is now and Advanced tab. Clicking on it takes you to the custom difficulty options"

Took this from the FAQ, but I can't seem to find any way to get to the difficulty options. Anyone?

On the PC version, when you finish a scenario you get a selection option to proceed, show battlefield, change difficulty or save replay.
