[REQ] rev976 Deleting Saved games

When you press <delete> to delete a game in the Saved Games Menu, the game doesn't disappear until the Refresh button is pushed. I think this can be refined by auto-refreshing upon pressing the delete button. Also, I think it needs an "Are you sure?" pop up in case of mistakes.

Would like to add to this one.

If you delete all the saved games, then you are stuck on that screen as there is no way to return to the previous menu as there are no buttons displayed. I tried <escape>, <return>, <space>.

The only option was to kill the application.
