Panzer corps registration trouble

My product license key won't register on your server.
I've tried a few time and now its lockout.

The key should be ok since i've made a copy paste from the email i've recieved
when i bought the game :

The lockout has ended and it finaly worked fine (but still with copy paste, when you have to register Panzer corp whith all the grand campaign dlc plus extensions, it's copy paste ...

I DO NOT KNOW HOW to create a POST !,.I looked under the FAQ and it was extremely VAGUE,.I received an email about my computer freezeing during Multiplayer battles on Panzer Corps,.I replied to the email but I DO NOT know if it went through because it looked like a NO REPLY email,.The post went as wuch

.I blogged about these issues about a month ago and never received a reply,.It is under the heading " Server problems ( I believe)" under my user name XXXXXXXXXXX (Edited by moderator),.I switched from exfinity to At&t ( which is wireless ) about 3 months ago,.When I play the game it will sometimes freeze,.There have been times where I wait it out and it comes back,.But when it freezes I cannot minimize the screen to do other computer work,.I DO NOT know whether it is my wireless carrier, or my computer,. but I have to unplug the modem and and restart my computer,.I have not played anything else but Total War on Steam,.and sometimes it freezes as well and I have to do the same thing,.If you have any recommendations on how to resolve this issue plz let me know!
If a moderator or somene from Slitherine can help me or return an email it would be great
