Panzer Corps in-app Allied Campaigns Not Working on iPad

Purchased the Allied campaigns ($40) as an in-app purchase for Panzer Corps for my iPad mini 3. When I click on the allied icon, it says the campaigns are not installed, do I want to purchase. If I click Purchase it takes me to the screen where I bought them and the button only shows "play" instead of "buy". If I click "Play" it takes me to the main screen when I click the allied icon. If I click it again it says it's not installed and asks do I want to purchase. Even tried "restore" and it goes to the same thing. Also tried removing the game, reinstalling from App Store, and then restore purchases; same thing. It's in an endless loop. Please advise.

I'm sorry you are having problems with your game. Please can you uninstall the game, then please press and hold the Home and Hold buttons until the Apple logo appears. Then allow your device to reboot, then please reinstall the app and see if you can then access the content

after going this, when i run the game, right after the Slitherine logo, the red bar goes about 2/3 the way and the game just ends taking me back to the home page on the iPad. tried this a second time and same thing. now the game does not load at all.

My ipad version is not working at all. I too get a red bar about 2/3 across, long pause, then cuts to main menu but screen is locked. I.e. I can't load game, start new game etc. Was working just fine earlier today, and always for that matter, before this evening. What the hell did you guys do with the patch?

the red bar still goes 2/3 the way through loading and i cannot play then game at all. can i get my money back if cant fix this where i can at least play the basic games that come with the standard download?
