Upgrading to Pike and Shot Campaigns on Steam

I have Pike and Shot on Steam and want to upgrade to Campaigns and get the 75% discount. When I try to purchase Campaigns on Steam the 75% discount is not applied. Is there any way to obtain this discount? I thought it was good until Oct 28.

Help would be appreciated.
