Stuck in naval/air tutorial!

OK, I've taken two of the three victory objectives in the third naval/air tutorial before starting the real game. I don't see any gold-ringed objective on the map, but I do see an objective in the southeast corner, which is occupied by blue flag forces I can't do crap with. The blues seem to be friendly. I have no idea. How do I end this purgatory?!

IIRC there should be 3 primary objectives on naval hexes, two roughly in the middle of the map (I assume you got those two), and another one in the top right corner (so north east) near those exit hexes.

That's it! I didn't even bother to go up northeast. BTW, what ARE those blue forces in the southern islands?

Try finding the enemy aircraft carriers and ships they will stay there you won't win. The main job hunt them down. Lot be found by time you take all objective hexes, but there are more ships out there.

Blue units are AI controlled allies. They are mostly cosmetic in this scenario, but the AA gun will protect the airfield against potential enemy air attack.
