Asked why, the Stuart tanks traverse at once 10 fields, although he only 5 fields can move according to the description?
Error or intentional?

Re: Can captured tanks flying?
Is there a road bonus?
Re: Can captured tanks flying?
Looks like the way-point function. I think you Ctrl-click (or something similar) on a far-off location and the unit will move there during the next turns.
Re: Can captured tanks flying?
Doh,
"way points" .. of course!
Re: Can captured tanks flying?
That does look like a normal move (the hexes are highlighted) but I suspect the reason is because there is a paved road beneath each of the hexes on that route. The paved road gives the highest movement bonus and units can move much faster along these roads.

So the CTRL key is not pressed, and the movement is carried out in one go.Myrddraal wrote:That does look like a normal move (the hexes are highlighted) but I suspect the reason is because there is a paved road beneath each of the hexes on that route. So on all roads I have been geschaft 5 hexes with the M3 Stuart, but the same 10 fields?

Re: Can captured tanks flying?
If crossing open fields, you'll get five hexes. On dirt roads more. Paved roads are even better.
