Stupid question

Finished Gibralter with 2 Carriers next scenario I must take out a good part of the fleet before depolying ground units. Did that got the message to deploy ground units. How do I do it during a scenario? I can't seem to find a way to deploy the ground units Help

Press the reserve list button (one of the 4 small ones)

Remember to upgrade/reinforce units at the deployment phase, even when you cannot deploy any units at that time. Doing this after the deployment phase is more costly.
