problem to register Commander Europe at war for mac

I buyed Commander Europe at war many years ago (in 2008) at MacGames (fr)
Recently I re-installed my iMac and also the game, but when I wanted to register the product key, it was not possible because Mobage site doesn't exist yet.
I asked MacGames (fr) for a solution but they don't have.
Do you have a solution to register the game and continue to use it ?
