Cannot register Pike and Shot Campaigns

It says something like Invalid Serial number. I bought in on Steam. I love this game. I want to try some PBEM.

Make sure you are logged in your Slitherine account and click on register button:

I am in a PBEM game so I guess it worked. What is strange is that I definitely received multiple error messages when I attempted to register. In summary, I am good. Thanks for the response.
