Display problems (still !)

Hi guys,
I would like to know where are stored the pref for display, I keep experience strange display problem (for the moment it keep opening in a very low and tiny resolution on which I am barely able to see anything).

Please do the following:

1. Double click on the game desktop icon
2. Click on Play Game button whilst the same time holding down the ALT or Ctrl key
3. A Windows box containing the game graphic options will popup behind the game launch screen. T
