please exit from game and update from the game launcher'



the game launcher is the the square that advertises the expansion packs?
any way it does not giv em,e the option/ to update from here.
i see the message flash up seaching for updates and it goes.

if have disabled the fire wall and tried this . no change.

My dad who is 70 is having the same problem. neither of us are very technically able.

Try updating the game manually.
Download the last update from the link below:

Run the downloaded file to update the game.

I have the latest version 2.6.0, but it is still giving me the message per OP - I use Steam

Any updates to this issue?

My BA2 was giving me problems last night also and I couldn't see any active games - even though I know there are some. (BA2 appears fixed today though)

It may have been related to the server downtime, so please recheck and see if you can get in correctly.
