Is patch 1.22 the latest version for the PC game?

Unless you are using Steam, yes. Steam is up to 1.23

Thanks for the replies. Does anyone know what the differences are between 1.22 and the 1.23 Steam version? Will the non-Steam version eventually be brought current with the 1.23 Steam version?

No difference AFAIK. Both will be combined to 1.24 when Sealion gets released.

I've told you everything I know. nikivdd just mentioned that 'there will be an update 1.24' in one of the OSL threads. My guess is that it just fixes bugs.
