bug or error on the map?

Is it normal that I cannot strat move from fosse to Hingeon? There are raod connecting all the way.
I play on PC.

Could you provide more info on this ?
Is the tile you're leaving from constested? Is the tile you're trying to reach contested or held by enemy ?

If you could post some screenshot if the issue we could assist you much better

I try the move during the first activation of allied on the 18th. There are 2 reinforcement at Fosse (2 elite parachutist infantry division) there are no ennemy to be seen and yet they cannot strat move to Hingeon despite the road. I have checked every rule and map zone they should. Note that they can never even after. It is like the road connection doesn't exist.

Interesting - I wonder if the road link to Namur is missing. Something doesn't look right but there may be a rule I'm missing that explains it. I'll let the dev team explain it!
