P & S help please

I was awondering if I could get some help please. I haven't had any game play for about a week because I've been busy working, jumped back on today and all my previous games have gone, no history of games and I've tried accepting challenges to no effect and create also still nothing. Should I delete and reinstall?

I have found the same thing. I had problems accessing the forum this morning and couldn't log on to multiplayer, and when I finally did, my existing games and history of games completed had vanished.

Edit, Sorry have just seen yesterdays thread on the same subject.

Hello ive got the same problem today. I started two new games yesterday and they have completely vanished. When i first logged on i had some sort of error message saying server couldnt recognise me then i tried again and i seem to have got in then i noticed all my games and history have vanished. Hope they can sort it out thanks.

Hey. Ye i still got the same problems as u guys. I have set up some new games u can try to join it, i doubt it will work but hope they fix it soon. 8)

I'm Sorry but we have been having issues with the multiplayer server since Friday.
Our web admins are still looking at the issue.
